Jaidev is the founder of Capital One Growth Ventures and currently leads its efforts. Jaidev sees a big opportunity in the changing landscape of fintech, particularly in the role of data, security, and other technologies enabling the change.
Jaidev started his career in financial services and has held leadership roles across different companies including President of Citi Ventures, Investment Banking at Credit Suisse First Boston, and several roles at Capital One. In 2009, Jaidev started Bundle.com, a data-driven small business rating service that was acquired by Capital One.
Outside of work, Jaidev enjoys squash and golf (though he will admit that while he enjoys golf, it is not his forte!). He spends his time between New York and San Francisco.
Jaidev previously held international roles at Citi, including Executive Vice President at Citi Global Digital Innovation, and President of Citi Ventures.
Jaidev studied engineering at Northwestern University and earned an MBA at INSEAD in France.

Aman is a founding team member of Capital One Growth Ventures and responsible for strategic investments, business development, and new business incubation.
Aman works closely with lines of business to drive growth and innovation for Capital One by investing in unique, strategically relevant financial technology companies. His current areas of focus include alternative lending, payments and commerce, big data technologies, and digital channels.
Aman joined Capital One in 2013 and has led a series of strategic investments ranging from seed to growth stage in marketplace, enterprise and payment technologies.
Prior to joining Capital One, Aman held senior financial services roles in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where he advised financial services clients on M&A, corporate finance, and structured finance.
Aman holds an MBA from University of Illinois and a Bachelor in Commerce from Hindu College, Delhi University.

Venkatesh is a thought leader in the Big Data and Analytics space who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from Hortonworks and Yahoo!. He leads the venture investments across big data, analytics, BI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies.
Venkatesh has over 15 years of experience in software development and architecture, and has been working on Hadoop for nearly a decade. Previously, he worked at Hortonworks Inc., where he led a major Data Governance Initiative and oversaw the creation of Apache Falcon - a Data Management solution for Hadoop. Prior to Hortonworks Inc., he was at Yahoo!, where he led a team to design and implement the Hadoop data management platform.
Venkatesh has a Bachelors in Computer Science from Bangalore University in India.
Venkatesh practices “heartfulness” meditation and is a certified meditation trainer.
Nathan joined Capital One Growth Ventures in 2015 in New York City, where he explores venture investments, incubation opportunities, and partnerships in the startup ecosystem. Nathan brings five years of experience working on early-stage ventures from both sides of the table. In a former life, he was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch.
Nathan’s prior experience includes investing, innovation, and strategy roles at Accion Venture Lab, Smart Design, Launch Collective, and Merrill Lynch.
Nathan hold an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned academic distinction as a Palmer Scholar. He holds a BA from Colgate University.
Bill helps Growth Ventures’ portfolio companies succeed with Capital One. He fosters cooperation between Capital One’s businesses, tech groups and ventures team. Bill is also responsible for developing relationships and investment opportunities in the mid-Atlantic region.
Bill joined Capital One in 2013 as an Entrepreneur in Residence. For his main assignment, he led the product team that built and launched Capital One’s Spark Business® mobile and online banking apps. Outside of work, Bill organizes the DC Fintech meetup and is an advisor to fintech industry groups.
Before Capital One, Bill started two fintech companies that served Fortune 500 financial services companies. Earlier, Bill was a VP in JPMorgan Chase’s M&A Group in New York and London.

John Katsnelson is a resident engineer on the Capital One Growth Ventures team. He consults with companies on how to integrate their products into large banks, and searches for internal use cases that mutually benefit Capital One and our portfolio.
Since joining Capital One via the acquisition of Monsoon in 2015, he has worked on a series of web and big data projects. He is always excited to bring insights from the acquisition, and from building software internally, to help portfolio companies position themselves for success with large banks.
At Monsoon, John built applications for Bloomberg, HP, Cisco, and a few small startups. At Capital One, John worked on and lead web and big data projects, ranging from re-platforming Capital One’s marketing sites to changing how we collect user behavior data.
John holds a BA from UC Berkeley.
Sandeep Sood heads venture development for the Capital One Growth Ventures team.
Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Monsoon, a technology consultancy that was sold to Capital One in 2015.
Sandeep earned a degree from UC Berkeley.
Sandeep is an avid surfer.
David Woo joined Capital One Growth Ventures in 2016 and is based in the New York office. David monitors and tracks existing investments and supports the investment team in executing new transactions. He conducts comprehensive industry research and competitive analyses to inform investment decisions. In addition, he also helps manage both internal and external reporting, and assists with the coordination of key service providers.
David spent several years in the Investment Banking divisions at RBC Capital Markets and Houlihan Lokey, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising assignments.
David holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Financial Economics from Vanderbilt University.
